InSo is where heritage and modernity converge. The design balances bold energy with refined restraint, translating the restaurant’s culinary philosophy into architecture. Every detail is intentional — layered, textural, and immersive.

Rooted in adaptive reuse, the existing structure was elevated rather than erased. Original arches and architectural rhythms were preserved and reinterpreted, forming a cohesive design language that honors the past while embracing the present.

At the heart of the space stands a sculptural wood-arch bar — an architectural landmark that anchors the dining experience. Inspired by cultural gateways and crafted with warmth, it becomes both focal point and gathering place.

From intimate dining to vibrant nightlife and a light-filled sunroom, InSo unfolds in curated transitions. A restrained palette of wood, brass, stone, and shadowed light creates a hospitality environment designed to evolve with the rhythm of the evening — grounded in craft, elevated in atmosphere, and quietly powerful.
